January 2019 – I am no longer baking regularly. I’ve had to take the difficult decision to go back to employment since I cannot afford the investment to take my micro bakery any further. Thank you to everyone who has supported me and enjoyed my bread over the past couple of years. Please do look out for me at local fairs and markets later in the year.
Bread is available at Buntingford’s Monday market; I also bake to order on Fridays.
Since all my bread is either fermented/proofed overnight or is created with a sourdough starter, please allow 48 hours notice for all orders. This means that if you want loaves on Friday, let me know on Wednesday morning. You will be able to collect your bread between 11am and 3pm on Friday.

I’m starting with a small selection of loaves, but hope to introduce new recipes and occasional specials every few weeks. Do let me know if there is anything you would especially like me to bake.

Don’t forget that bread freezes really well, either as whole loaves or ready sliced for easy toasting. Frozen whole, the loaf can be refreshed in the oven once defrosted; simply mist the surface with water and pop in the oven at around 170C for about 10-15 minutes.
